Paradise Valley doesn't have a downtown, but it doesn't need one. The dining here is destination dining, resort dining rooms and hidden gems tucked into the foothills, worth planning a day around.
Here's where I send people.
Morning
Start with breakfast on a resort patio with Camelback or Mummy Mountain views. It's the easiest way to feel the neighborhood's pace before the day picks up.
Afternoon
Lunch at one of the quieter, locals-favorite spots away from the resorts. Follow it with a slow walk or a stop at a nearby gallery. Paradise Valley rewards not rushing.
Evening
Dinner is the main event here. Book a table with a view for sunset, then let the evening stretch. The tables worth waiting for are the ones people talk about for years.
